What a day!!! Mein Kontraforte - Wolferl 20.02.2010

I am so happy to anounce that I have a KONTRAFORTE since February 20th...
After 3 years of struggeling with the money, I had now the possibility to buy it.
It is still a very rare Instrument.
As far as I know, only three Instruments of this kind in Switzerland exist.
The sound is great. It looks fantastic. You can play all music very easily.
There is really bass sound now. And it goes high up as you never heard before.
Looking forward to all the concert I will have in the future.

Awareness through movement lesson

I just did another awareness through movement lesson.
Taught by Julie Rubin Casson.
I made this lesson from a cd she gave me during my Feldenkrais Training here in Basel/Riehen 2004 to 2008.
The name of the lesson was "easy reaching and rolling".

Almost every time I do one of those lessons I get to the point where I am speechless happy.
The fact that I can develop without force and stretching my muscles.
That can get taller from my feet and not just from lifting my chest.

Whatever comes next, I am so grateful that this method came to me through such wonderful teachers as Julie Rubin Casson and Paul Rubin.

On Sunday 6th of February I get the chance to introduce this method to a group of music teachers in Dornach.
