I am so happy to anounce that I have a KONTRAFORTE since February 20th...
After 3 years of struggeling with the money, I had now the possibility to buy it.
It is still a very rare Instrument.
As far as I know, only three Instruments of this kind in Switzerland exist.
The sound is great. It looks fantastic. You can play all music very easily.
There is really bass sound now. And it goes high up as you never heard before.
Looking forward to all the concert I will have in the future.

I just did another awareness through movement lesson.
Taught by Julie Rubin Casson.
I made this lesson from a cd she gave me during my Feldenkrais Training here in Basel/Riehen 2004 to 2008.
The name of the lesson was "easy reaching and rolling".

Almost every time I do one of those lessons I get to the point where I am speechless happy.
The fact that I can develop without force and stretching my muscles.
That can get taller from my feet and not just from lifting my chest.

Whatever comes next, I am so grateful that this method came to me through such wonderful teachers as Julie Rubin Casson and Paul Rubin.

On Sunday 6th of February I get the chance to introduce this method to a group of music teachers in Dornach.

"Randolph's Erben". 12 ungemein freundliche und liebenswerte Menschen auf der Bühne. Ungezählte ungemein freundliche und liebenswerte Menschen hinter der Bühne.

water was not the regular swiss quality

I could swim to a small ponton island
but the seagulls ( why are they here in summer?!)
did some shitting on it...

As I paid an entrance fee for the seabath
I used all the slides and the 5 meter tower
and yes I jumped from up there down there

have not done this for a very long time

the smile I had afterwards did not vanish quickly.

accidentally I met a group of young men outside the stuttgart theatre.
I was asking one of them, whats on tonight.
He said: Stuttgart Ballett General Rehearsel.
And he had free tickets. As the whole group of young men, were dance students from the John Cranko School here in Stuttgart.

I did not dare to invite two of them for drink afterwards. To say thank you for the free ticket.

and yes there was the memory of almost getting a dancer myself...
as my parents were thinking of sending me to a ballett school at the age of 7.

Die Sachsendiva war nun endlich in Basel.
28. März 2009 was für ein Datum!!!
Über 100 Besucher strömten gegen 20 Uhr in den supertollen Raum des QuBa in Basel.
Sachsendiva Katrin Troendle und der Pianist Helge Nitzschke entfachten ein Feuerwerk aus Chanson und Comedy, das seines Gleichen sucht. Das Publikum war hingerissen, jubelte und forderte unnachgiebig Zugaben, die die Diva mit Hüftschwung zurück ins Publikum warf. Wer meinte Sachsen sei nur Caféhaus Gemütlichkeit, muss diese Ansicht nach diesem temperamentvollen Abend ungehörigst korrigieren. Auf nach Leipzig ins Café Frosch! Dort hat die DIVA ihr zu Hause.
Und nicht nur Goethe meinte stolz:"Main Leibzisch loob üsch mür!"

They are really funny. As always I will not see any bits of the film, as all of us have to play all the time lots of music.

We will do the screening in Dresden at KUNSTFORUM HELLERAU on saturday 4th of october.

I am again in Hotel Nizza here in Frankfurt. A very nice Hotel. Sadly it is so close to the red light district and the drug scene. Infront of the hotel you can see all kind of people doing strange things. Especially there movements are strange, nervous and fast.

Looking forward to the breakfast, which in this Hotel is just great.

I don't know if these two pictures carry anything I'd like to say about my trip to Halle Saale. 4 days of spending time with my brother, his children and his new girlfriend. Glad I choosed a place so stay on my own over night. Glad we had this short time together. Glad I met my grandpa again, and I had this tiny nice little stroll with him. So overall happieness overcomes some really weired feelings I had during my stay there. And now I feel so tired...need some time to recover.
